Developed with our customers' needs in mind, our support program includes a wide range of services including: field service, technical support, engineering support, installation, runoff and operator orientation, and parts and equipment consulting. Toolmex Field Service Technicians / Engineers often receive their training directly from the manufacturer guaranteeing extensive knowledge and factory-training in installation, setup, repair during warranty & post-warranty period, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, geometry verification and machine alignment, and repair/rebuild assessment.
